All hair, including your natural hair, sheds. However, our hair sheds minimally, if at all.
Yes, our hair can be colored and/or bleached/ However, we suggest that you have your hair PROFESSIONALLY colored. Be sure to keep your hair properly conditioned and moisturized.
House of Krowns hair and wigs last up to 1-2 years, depending on how well you take care of your investment. Please be aware, you must treat it as if it’s your real hair in order to prolong longevity.

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT allow refunds, exchanges, nor store credit on hair purchases once shipped and/or received.

Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for store credit so please examine each product once you receive it to make sure you are satisfied with the product.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products and/or wigs that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange/store credit policies are voided.
Unfortunately at this time, we currently do not offer coloring services.
To ensure that your wig fits properly, head measurements must be taken. Please refer to the detailed measurement guide next to each wig products price.
We always recommend closure wigs for those who are new to the wig life. Closure wigs are perfect for beginners. They're low maintenance, easy to install and still provide a scalp illusion. Although frontal wigs give you the illusion of a full hairline and offer more styling options; they're very high maintenance and could be difficult to install for a beginner.
We do not do installs. Our custom wigs come ready to wear depending on the options you select when designing your custom krown (wig).

For wigs, it is best to have a flat base for the wig to lay and fit correctly. Braid your hair in fine, flat cornrows straight back.
Yes, we do not recommend temperatures over 450 degrees. Be sure to ALWAYS use a heat protectant to ensure longevity.
In the United States ONLY, it will take 1-2 business days (holidays and weekends are not included). There is an additional fee for this service.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once USPS has received them. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages nor will your order be replaced.
A shipping confirmation email/text with a tracking number will be sent upon leaving our facility.
