Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Orders are shipped out in the order it is received.
It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
House of Krowns, LLC is not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. During a sale and/or holidays, please allow additional processing and shipping time for orders.
Hair & Wig Return Policy:
All hair and wig orders placed with House of Krowns are FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT allow refunds, exchanges, nor store credit on hair purchases once shipped and/or received. Please make sure you read all product descriptions before purchasing bundles and/or closure or frontals.

Please note: we are not liable and will not issue a refund for any wig that does not fit due to improper measurements. Please ensure measurements are taken properly and select options very carefully. All custom wigs are made according to your exact specifications. If you send in the wrong measurements, we are not held liable and you will be subject to a reconstruction fee**

We at House of Krowns, reserve the right to refuse to accept any units or hair extensions sent back to us.
We are not responsible NOR offer refunds, replacements, store credit, or exchanges if you excessive scratch or rip any lace pieces, process the lace, hair and/or wig in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc.).
Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for store credit so please examine each product once you receive it to make sure you are satisfied with the product.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products and/or wigs that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange/store credit policies are voided.
The customer is responsible for shipping products back to House of Krowns, LLC with a complete tracking number. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once USPS has received them. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages nor will your order be replaced.
A shipping confirmation email/text with a tracking number will be sent upon leaving our facility.
